Student Council & Leadership
Overview
Our award-winning Student Council and Student Leadership Teams are inter-connected and provide a variety of services to our Waterford Kettering school community. Kettering student government is focused on initiatives and actions driven by our student members, supported by the director of student activities. Members serve to represent their class by giving voice to all students. Representatives discuss, create and maintain initiatives and events, share student concerns and work to sustain a positive school culture on behalf of the student body. Kettering students are encouraged to share their thoughts and concerns with their representatives so decision making and impact is all-inclusive.
Our teams are responsible for executing school events including homecoming, winter events (charity week), charity work, blood drives, fundraising, community outreach and school functions/assemblies.
