Hello Waterford School District community!

My name is Darin Holley and I am the interim superintendent of Waterford School District. 

My focus is on investing in our students and staff. My team is committed to providing our students with unparalleled access to the best opportunities in academics, arts and athletics. It is additionally important to me that our staff are aware of their impact on our students' lives and are provided access to the best tools and training available to help them excel at their jobs.

This list is a snapshot of our most recent student and staff investments:

• Over $4 million spent on new curriculum since 2020
• Over $12.1 million in technology investments since 2021, including $2.7 million for Promethean Interactive Displays in every instructional classroom starting in fall 2023 and 1:1 Chromebooks for every K-12 student beginning in 2022
• $2 million Grow Your Own grant provided by the state in May 2023 to help our employees gain teaching certification or add more endorsements
• $30 million new Stepanski Early Childhood Center opened in September 2024, highlighting our dedication to early childhood education

With these investments and more on the horizon, the future is bright here in Waterford School District!
