Conditioning-Monday's from 6:30pm to 7:30pm (January 7th -February 25th) Back hallway near the north gym.

Weightlifting-Wednesday's from 6:00pm to 7:30pm (January 9th-February 27th)

Speed & Agility-TBD

You must have a current physical and concussion awareness form on file to tryout.

A current physical is one given on or after April 15th of the previous school year.

Forms are available in the Athletic Office, Main Office or on the Waterford website.
